At our R45 Million New Germany workshop facility, NATIONAL Truck and Trailer Services has furnished excellent accommodation for your Drivers and support staff, so they can sleep comfortably while we service, repair, brake test and high pressure wash your costly assets. We will have your equipment and Drivers ready for operation first thing in the morning, without missing that all important load!
NATIONAL Truck and Trailer Services is structured explicitly for the Transporter, as it is a 1 Stop Workshop, that will service and maintain your truck and trailer combinations under the same roof, our OEM Accredited Technicians and Support Team will operate around your requirements. Your need to have a Technical Partner that SUPPORTS you around your Business needs, is our driven passion!
Optimised Availability
We understand that our economy is currently under huge pressure and that every transporter and manufacturer is fighting for survival. Every hour of every day is critical and that a dropped load or failed delivery through Technical downtime is no longer an acceptable practice. Business cannot accept the inefficient practices of closing a workshop at 5pm every day and on week-ends, this is where we as service providers are needed the most by our Customers. We must operate around you, not you around us!
We at NATIONAL Truck and Trailer Services know that YOUR SUCCESS is OUR SUCCESS and that we need to be in the trenches with you, supporting you, to ensure that you will not lose Revenue due to a vehicle that needs to be serviced or repaired. That is why we as your Service Provider will pledge that:
- Our workshops will operate at full capacity 7 days a week
- Our workshops will operate a full 24 hours a day
- We will NOT charge overtime rates, our flat rates will apply for all hours of work
- All work done by NTTS will be not put at risk your Manufacturers warranty
- We only use OEM Accredited oils and lubricants in our workshops
- We service and repair your tanker or trailer with your Truck Tractor
- Your Drivers can sleep on-site while we repair or service your asset
- Our brake tester and washbay are available to you day or night 7 days a week
- We offer Roadside Assistance Nationally 24/7, with hourly updates on repair progress
- We offer a choice of Original OEM and approved manufacturers after-market parts that both carry Manufacturer’s Warranty
- We have Diagnostic Equipment for all major brands of vehicles
- We will keep your vehicles service history for you
- Our workmanship is fully Certified and accredited so you have no risk to your current OEM WARRANTY
- NATIONAL Truck and Trailer services is a QSE LEVEL 2 BB-BEE Contributor
Our Accreditations
We offer a choice of original OEM Parts as well as access to an on-site Premium branded aftermarket Part supplier, that offers up to 40% discount on Mercedes Benz, MAN, Scania and Volvo vehicle parts.
